But the fact remains that the only time The Hulk starred in his own film, it didn’t even make back twice its production budget. He is Marvel’s least profitable Avenger by a country mile.Then again, that movie was only Marvel’s second film after Iron Man, before they had perfected their successful (if formulaic) combination of pithy dialogue, punch-em-up action, and anonymous Atlanta office park locales. Also, The Incredible Hulk starred Edwar d Norton as the titular giant green rage monsterâ€"not Mark Ruffalo, who assumed the character from the first Avengers film onward.Maybe a Mark Ruffalo-starring Hulk film would do gangbusters? Or maybe the big guy only really works when he’s part of a larger ensemble? No one knows for sure, but another Hulk solo film would be a pretty risky bet (or one heck of a heat check) from a studio that wants to keep those money presses rolling.The Lesson. Some characters don’t needâ€"or can’t supportâ€"their own movies. Don’t be afraid to recast when absolutely necessary. Don’t cast Edward Norton in the first place.8. Ant-ManMovies: Ant-ManTotal Budget: $130 millionTotal Box Office Gross: $519 millionReturn on Investment: 396 percentSpeaking of heat checks, people at the time thought that Marvel was crazy for making a film based around this less-than-well-known character, especially once visionary director Edgar Wright, who’d been with the film since the very beginning, departed f rom the project over “creative differences.”Turns out that they needn’t have worried. While Ant-Man didn’t do huge business compared to some of his more well-known teammates, the film still did very well, making almost $520 million worldwide against a $130 million budgetâ€"a return on investment (ROI) of 396 percent!Casting Paul Rudd helped (casting Paul Rudd always helps), as did the film’s breezy, heist movie tone and inventive action sequences. A sequel, Ant-Man and The Wasp, is scheduled for later this summer. And if the trailers are anything to go by, audiences can expect more of the same plus approximately 500 percent more butt-kicking Evangeline Lilly. Sounds like a hit to us!The Lesson: More obscure characters can succeed, just make sure that you cast a ludicrously likable actor and maybe don’t break the bank budget-wise. Giving non-white dudes top billing for new and future movies is a plus.7. Captain AmericaMovies: Captain America: The First Avenger, Captain Am erica: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil WarTotal Budget: $560 millionTotal Box Office Gross: $2.238 billionReturn on Investment: 399 percentOk wow. This is our first big shocker on the list. How could Captain America, one of the two main linchpins of the Avengers franchise, be ranked third to last? People love the Captain America movies! They love Captain America! Or at the very least, they love looking at Chris Evans in form-fitting t-shirts. What gives?!So, a couple things give. First of all: People do love Captain America, which is why these movies have made a ton of money. A $2.238 billion box office for three films is not too shabby! Second of all: these numbers are dragged down slightly by the first Cap movie, which made only (only!) $370 million worldwide relative to its $140 million budget.Lastly, the third Captain America movie, Captain America: Civil War, was basically a stealth Avengers movieâ€"possibly to make up for the relative low point that was Avengers: Ag e of Ultronâ€"and it had the budget to match: $250 million, more than the first Avengers movie cost to make.Still, the fact remains that Captain America, considering how beloved he is, doesn’t have quite the return on investment that some might think. You could even argue that Civil War, the highest-grossing film of the trilogy by far, barely counts as a Captain America movie, given its full roster of heroes.While it might tempting for Marvel to continue the Captain America mantle in its next phase, possibly by having Falcon or Bucky Barnes pick it up from Steve Rogers, they might want to go in another direction. Cap might be all about the red, white, and blue. But he ain’t so much about that greenâ€"at least not as much as previously thought.The Lesson: Don’t feel so much pressure to keep Captain America going past Infinity War. If you screw up a film, don’t be afraid to shoehorn in a stealth re-do.6. ThorMovies: Thor, Thor: Dark World, Thor: RagnarokTotal Budget: $480 mill ionTotal Box Office Gross: $1.943 billionReturn on Investment: 404 percentLook Chris Hemsworth is truly great as Thor. But if you had told us that Thor’s movies were more profitable for Marvel than Captain America’s, we would have thought you were out of your Infinity Stone-addled mind. Because while Hemsworth might be fantastic as Thor, his movies have been, well, something of a mixed bag. It wasn’t until the third movie in the trilogy, Thor: Ragnarok, that Marvel made an honest-to-goodness great film about the Asgardian prince.And yet here we are. So what gives?It’s a couple of things. Thor’s first film did quite a bit better than Cap’s, making almost $80 million more worldwideâ€"though it also cost $10 million more to produce. And while that’s the last time that a Thor movie would outgross a Captain America flick, Thor’s budgets haven’t grown nearly as much either. Thor: Dark World cost $20 million less than Captain America: The Winter Soldier, while Ragnarok co st $70 million less than Civil War.Ragnarok did very well, grossing $850 million worldwide, which feels generally in line with the film’s positive reception. But Dark World? That movie is widely seen as one of the worst Marvel films and yet still grossed well over $640 million. If you want to look for a culprit to explain Thor’s surprise victory over Captain America, look no further.The profitability of Thor really goes to show how Marvel’s big hits can really help carry buoy some of its misses. So much so, in fact, that they don’t end up being misses. They’re just slightly smaller hits!The Lesson: Casting the right actor is super important. The film’s massive box office haul can be chalked up, in large part, to the trust that Marvel has built up over the past decade. When the studio launched Thor and Captain America: The First Avenger back in 2011, both films did reasonably well. But now, after so many hitsâ€"and after building an audience that knows they need to see every film to fully grasp the larger pictureâ€"they can launch Doctor Strange and have it gross over four times its original budget.The film also marks an interesting step forward stylistically for the company. Doctor Strange’s trippy, reality-splintering action scenes and trips to the astral plane are unlike anything we’ve seen in other MCU films. And this is a good thing! After years of consistently solid but unimpressive filmmaking, Marvel is now broadening its palate before audiences get bored. Between Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and Thor: Ragnarok, audiences can have three f airly unique experiences within the MCU at large.Anyway, while Marvel hasn’t announced a date for Doctor Strange 2 yet, it seems like a pretty safe bet. Given how heavily the character is being featured in the marketing for Infinity War, we are confident in predicting that he’ll be a majorâ€"and majorly profitableâ€"part of the MCU for years to come.The Lesson: 10 years in, you can get away with things you couldn’t do before. Use that to your advantage. Elements like not-so-famous characters and weird, psychedelic effects aren’t risky anymoreâ€"they’re a welcome change of pace.4. Iron ManMovies: Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Iron Man 3Total Budget: $556 millionTotal Box Office Gross: $2.421 billionReturn on Investment: 435 percentLook. Without Robert Downey Jr. and his instantly iconic performance as billionaire genius playboy Tony Stark, there would be no Marvel Cinematic Universe. Full stop. There would have been two moviesâ€"Iron Man and The Incredible Hulkâ€"after which all of Marvel’s rights would have been sold off to other studios for relative pennies on the dollar. Edward Norton wasn’t getting the job done, we can tell you that much!The only thing that is keeping Iron Man from ranking higher on this list is the relatively blah performance of Iron Man 2. Why didn’t Iron Man 2 perform better, you ask? Because it wasn’t very good! It’s the kind of movie that is fine for a lazy, half-attentive re-watch on a Saturday afternoon, but it was a huge letdown in theatres and only grossed $36 million more than the original.Luckily, all was forgiven by Iron Man 3, which was a massive successâ€"not to mention a much better film. On a $200 million budget, Iron Man 3 grossed over 1.2 billion dollars. It is the second highest-grossing solo Marvel movie, beating out even Captain America: Civil War. What was the first highest-grossing? It hasn’t appeared on this list yet, but we’re pretty sure you can guess what it is.The odds that they make more Iron Man movies is slim, as RDJ is getting a bit long in the tooth to play Tony Starkâ€"and his paychecks are getting a bit long in the number of zeroes they contain. Downey’s combined salary for both Infinity War movies is a whopping $200 million. For reference, the first Iron Man movie cost $186 million total. Downey’s definitely earned it, but the odds of him staying on are indeed slim.The Lesson: You can spend all the money you want on fancy special effects, but it takes a great performance to make a movie successful. Even at $100 million per film, Downey is a steal.3. The Guardians of the GalaxyMovies: Guardians of the Galaxy, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2Total Budget: $370 millionTotal Box Office Gross: $1.634 billionReturn on Investment: 441 percentOkay, so we talked about Ant-Man as a major heat check for Marvel, but the riskiness of that film pales in comparison to the Guardians of the Galaxy. These characters were so obscure that they couldnt even be called a deep cut. They w ere more like a secret song.Thats why the success of the first Guardians of the Galaxy proved once and for all that characters didn’t need to be popular for their movie to succeed. Just by letting audiences know that this was film was a part of the MCU, Marvel could guarantee millions of butts in seats come opening weekend. From there, the only tricky part was making a good movie.Still, lots of studios have failed to follow through on that second part. Luckily, for Marvel, they knew that a Guardians of the Galaxy movie might have to clear a slightly higher bar in order to enjoy widespread success. So they turned to indie filmmaker James Gunn, who turned around and produced a summer popcorn flick that was the perfect combination of brash, funny, rocking, and more than a little weird.The lesson Marvel can draw from Guardians of the Galaxy is to choose filmmakers who will bring a more distinctive voice and style to their individual films. The consistency of the early MCU movies have helped set a baseline for audience expectations, but Guardians was one the first movies that felt a little bit different. But that doesn’t mean that Spidey did all the work himself. This 2017 film marked the 6th Spider-Man movie in 15 yearsâ€"so why did it feel so fresh?Once aga in, Marvel cast the role of Peter Parker perfectly. Not only does Tom Holland have charm, acting chops, and comedic timing to spare, but he was also only 21 when he filmed Spider-Man: Homecoming. For comparison: Tobey Maguire was 26 when he played the high school-aged web slinger, while Andrew Garfield was 28. Maybe, just maybe, casting someone who can actually pass as teenager is important to portraying a character who is, wait for this, a teenager.Furthermore, let’s not sleep on Marvel introducing Peter Parker in Civil War, which meant skipping over his origin story. Next to Batman, no superhero has had their tragic origins rehashed as many times as poor Peter Parker. We get it. Uncle Ben was, like, pretty great. By introducing Peter in Civil War, Marvel set up Homecoming for success. It was an entirely new story, not the same old retread audiences had come to expect.A Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel is already confirmed for 2019. Marvel knows what’s up.The Lesson: Origin storie s are overrated, especially for more famous characters. Spider-Man is good, Tom Holland as Spider-Man is better. A good villain (shouts to Michael Keaton) goes a long way.1. Black PantherMovies: Black PantherTotal Budget: $200 millionTotal Box Office Gross: $1.323 billionReturn on Investment: 650 percentCould it ever have been anyone else? With only one movie under his belt (plus his introduction in Civil War), King T’Challa of Wakanda has already made over $1.3 billion dollars at the box office. Even with a much larger budget ($200 million) than most Marvel get for their first movie, that still gives Black Panther a profit margin of 650 percent. Holy wow.Black Panther is not only a great filmâ€"quite possibly Marvel’s bestâ€"but it also came at the perfect time. After 10 years of headlining heroes who were all white dudes, audiences were clamoring for something different. The fact that director Ryan Coogler delivered a stone-cold classic took a film that was likely to succeed a nd sent it to the stratosphereâ€"and buried any and all ideas that movies with non-white leads wouldn’t perform as well overseas.When everybody goes and sees a movie, that translates to a lot of money. Preliminary work: For the preliminary investigation I started by gathering my samples of hair from the bottom of the scalp at the very back of the hair. The hair had been washed the night before to ensure that any dirt or hair oil had been washed out, however conditioner had not been used. Once the hair had been removed I measured each length along a ruler to make sure each was the same length, each piece of hair was then cut to CACM long. To make sure my results were more reliable the hair was also cut from the bottom of the strand so that all the hair was the same and because the bottom of the hair was already weak this was cut off. In total I had 20 pieces of hair each cut to CACM. Once this process was complete I divided the hair into two groups . Hair that would be heated – this was marked by a section of the paper it was laid out on having an orange mark. Paper it was laid out on having a red mark. After being divided into the two different groups I heated both groups with hair straightness (GAD). The ceramic plates heat up to 204. 4 degrees Celsius, although the straightness get extremely hot I realized there was room for human error. The length of time that the straightness spent on the strand of hair could differ between each length and on each section of the hair due to the time that the straightened was pulled along. Due to there being a high percentage of human error I used a different technique to heat up the hair to eradicate it. Instead of heating the hair with straightness I decided the best way to get the same heat across the whole length of hair and all the strands of hair was to heat them in the oven. I set the oven temperature to 205 degrees Just slightly higher than the God’s, once the oven was heated to the temperature set I quickly put the strands of hair into the oven trying to decrease the time the oven door was open and so decreasing the amount of heat that the oven lost. After timing the hair in the oven for 2 minutes I took the hair out and started to test the strength of the hair against results I had taken previously from hair that hadn’t been heated to make sure that there was some change when heated. The results hadn’t changed much and so I decided to heat the hair for five minutes. Once the hair was heated for five minutes I divided the two groups. Once separated into two groups the hair was laid on separate pieces of paper each color coded to ensure I didn’t mix the ones that would be treated and the ones that wouldn’t. I then kook all the strands from group two and using my fingers coated them in conditioner. Improvements: The advantage of doing a preliminary test enabled me to assess any errors that could implement the final results and also to check if the methodology I was using would be suitable for this investigation. The hair had originally been heated by using hair straightens however there was considerable room for human error due to how long each strand of hair was in contact with the irons. The improvements made on heating the hair was to heat them collectively in the oven, the time they were kept in he oven was also tested during the preliminary to ensure they received the same amount of heat as a strand of hair would when being treated with a heat appliance. I would ask questions about her diet, stress management, physical activity, and sleep pattern. I would then give Jane a document on informed consent which gives her information about the content and process of the program delivery. I will evaluate all this information and collect all the paperwork and keep it in a personal file for Jane Doe so I can keep a record of my client. After filling out paperwork we will began some of the fitness testing. I will start with some of the rest tests (blood pressure and resting heart rate) first, because if Jane wants to improve her cardiovascular capacity and overall health, it is important to take note of how her exercise affects her blood pressure (exercise is proven to rower BP) and if her resting heart rate decreases after the program (that would mean the program was effective). To asses her body fat and weight I would perform two body composition tests on Jane to make the assessment more valid. I would use the waist to hip ratio, and then I would perform the kinfolk test because it directly measures thickness of fat tissue. This test is valid and can be reliably measured properly and this test you can easily see results I would use waist to hip ratio instead of body mass index because that is not always accurate and it doesnt account for muscle weight (muscle weighs more than fat). After the resting tests I would have Jane move on to some flexibility tests for reasons that she wants to increase her mobility. I would have Jane perform a sit and reach test because it measures hip and low back flexibility. Since Jane wants to increase her muscular strength and endurance, I will have her complete the muscular strength test last so it wont tire her out before the muscular endurance tests. I will have her perform the one-minute sit- up test because it measures abdominal strength and hip floor muscle groups. I will also have her perform the push-up test because it uses her own body weight. For muscular strength I will have her complete a I-repetitions maximum bench press and leg press to see where her maximum strength is in her arms and legs. To asses for cardiovascular endurance, I will have Jane complete the YMCA step test because it measures the heart rate recovery response immediately after the test. I will also have Jane complete the Rocket walking test which estimates the VIA Max for older men and women and it requires only walking at a fast pace. I will give general nutrition advice to Jane to address misinformation and advice as it relates to physical reference, disease prevention, weight loss and weight gain. I can refer Jane to a dietician if I believe she has a disease state affected by her eating, but I should only give information on nutrition after assessing Canes diet, and I can give her recommendations that can match to Canes dietary goals. It is appropriate to know this so the client wont over train or detracting. Changes are the exact opposite of what occurs during training programs. Some common markers for overstraining include decreased performance, decreased body fat, decreased maximum oxygen uptake, increased muscle soreness and increased sympathetic stress response among other things. It is important for Jane to recognize the changes her body will be making as a result of exercise so she can see improvement and stay motivated. Goals are important to set because they keep the client motivated to not only work out with the trainer but also make sure they are making the program effective by working out on their own too. It is important to have something to work towards because there is always room for improvement and once achieved, setting a goal gives you a sense of accomplishment. Some easy goals I would first start out with are that Jane commits to show up to train with me two days a week for at least one month, three on her own, and that she IM to work out 5 days a week total. Another short-term goal is that Jane aim to lose about a pound a week. A long-term goal for Jane would be to have a 10% reduction in body weight at the end of 6 months, so her goal would be to lose 18 pounds in 6 months. According to Canes IBM she falls in the class one obesity, and has a very high blood pressure which puts her at risk for heart disease and diabetes, so it would be an important goal to drop her blood pressure to about at the end of 6 months. Her Rocket walk test also fell in the range of poor so a long-term goal could be to get her time down to 14 minutes instead of 18 which would help improve her VIA Max which ultimately helps increase her cardiovascular capacity and aerobic endurance. A short term goal would be to drop about 12 seconds off of her time each week. Some general goals would be to increase her upper and lower body muscular strength and endurance. A nutritional goal I will first start out for Jane is to eat a healthy breakfast every morning after she wakes up and to drink at least six cups of water every day. A long-term goal is to eventually have Jane eat 2-3 cups of fruit and sieges, 5 ounces of lean/low-fat meat and poultry, 3 ounces of whole grains, and about 3 cups of low/non-fat dairy every day (recommendations are referenced from contemplate. Her main goal is muscular endurance so I will alternate the upper and lower body exercises. Bench Press (free weight) 2 sets x 15 reps at 50 pounds Leg Press (pivot based machine) 2 sets x 15 reps at 140 pounds Seated row (cam based machine) 2 sets x 15 reps at 30 pounds Leg curl (cam based machine) 2 sets x 15 reps at 20 pounds Shoulder press (cam based machine) 2 sets x 15 reps at 15 pounds Squat (FEW) 2 sets x 15 reps (try without any weights and then slowly add bar or dumbbells) Bicep curl (FEW) 2 sets x 15 reps at 30 pounds Standing calf raise 2 sets x 15 reps Triceps pushdown (pivot based machine) 2 sets x 15 reps at 15 pounds S abdominal crunch 2 sets x 15 reps * Exercise choice: I used a mixture of free weights and machine based exercises cause Jane is a beginner. The assistance exercises are leg curl, biceps curl, calf raises, triceps pushdown and abdominal crunches which work small muscle groups. * Frequency: Because Jane is a beginner, she is only meeting with me two times a week and I want to make sure she has proper form when weight training so I would prefer she did her resistance exercises with me in the gym so I can coach her. The days are spaced out evenly so Jane has enough recovery time in between. Order: It is important to alternate upper body and lower body exercises so that Jane doesnt get too fatigued. She will complete one set of each exercise and then repeat because muscular endurance goals call for between 2-3 sets. * Load: Because Jane is a beginner I used percent of body-weight testing protocol for a guideline. Her weight is 180 pounds but I used the maximum 140 pounds as an average to get a good idea on how much weight she should be lifting. I used table 15. To help with body weight factors and used the calculation to estimate how much weight Jane should be lifting. Repetitions: Because Canes goal is muscular endurance it is important to do 2-3 sets within 12-15 repetitions to get good results. * Volume: (total number of repetitions times the weight lifted per repetition) If I calculated all the repetitions times the weight lifted in a given day, Jane is lifting around over 5000 pounds. * Vari ation: Jane is only working out with me for two days out of the week and the only variation I will use is alternating upper body and lower body. Progression: 2-for-2 rule: if a client can complete two more repetitions than the repetition goal in the final set for two institutive training sessions then I will add on more weight depending on the exercise and the amount of weight Jane can lift in the first place. Jane is inexperienced in weight training so for every exercise I show her how do it first and then see if she can do it with no weight. Then I will add on a third of the set weight and have her do 12 reps and then if she can complete that with proper form then I will have her complete the actual exercise. After about two weeks I will start progressing Jane and adding more weight so she can slowly increase and improve her performance. After a few months I will slowly increase the frequency and exercise choice to add variation so Canes muscles dont get used to the same workouts and to also see improvement. Describe your cardiovascular plan in detail and why you have chosen this plan for this specific client. Topics to include are: When Jane meets with me on Mondays and Thursdays I will also have her do some aerobics but a light workout because those are also the days she will be lifting. Exercise mode: On Mondays Jane will be on the machine (treadmill) and then on Thursdays the bike. On the treadmill Jane will be walking, and on the bike Jane will be biking. On Wednesdays and Saturdays Jane will not be using a machine she will Just be walking, and then she will use stairs at her home to do stair stepping. On Sundays Jane will be doing stretching and flexibility exercises. * Exercise intensity: Canes maximum heart rate is 190 BPML. Her HER is 120. Because one of Canes main goals is to lose weight and burn tat, seen should aim to be in the fitness zone which targets tat burning and her heart rate target should be 114-133 BPML. Since Jane is still a beginner, her exercises should be low to moderate intensity, she should still be able to hold a conversation and talk while exercising. Exercise duration: 20-30 min for five days a week is a good goal to have for Jane. Although on the days she meets with me on Mondays and Thursdays her aerobic exercise will only be duration of 10 minutes so she doesnt become too fatigued. On Wednesdays and Saturdays Jane will walk for 20 min and do stair stepping for 10 min for a total workout of 30 min. Exercise progression: After a few months and losing weight and after Jane becomes more experienced, I will evaluate her and one of her goals will be to slowly move to the aerobic zone and her target heart rate will become 133-152 BPML. Every two seeks I will add five minutes to her walking time on Wednesdays and Saturdays so in two weeks instead of walking for 20 min she will be walking for 25 min and so on. I will also increase the intensity at which Jane walks on the treadmill and bikes on the bike by very small increments every two weeks. * Which types of aerobic training programs will you choose? Why? Canes goal here is weight loss and aerobic improvement, so progression is a very important component to this aerobic training program. Because Jane is still a beginner and needs to improve her Rocket Walking Test score, I chose walking as a main exercise. Using the treadmill at the gym will help give Jane an idea as to what pace and intensity she should be walking at so it makes it easier for her to walk on her own. I also chose biking because cycling is also a good way to get your heart rate up and improve your cardiovascular endurance. On her days not at the gym I also chose for Jane to do stair stepping because she can easily do it at her home and it is also a good activity to get your heart rate up and it works on coordination, leg muscles, and improves cardiovascular endurance. On Sundays Jane should have an easier day but it is still important for her to stretch and ark on flexibility. Some exercises I will have her do include lunge walk, butterfly, arm circles, side lunges, behind neck and back stretch, semi straddle, wall stretch, and walking knee tuck. It is important for Jane to get her blood flowing before performing any stretches and for every workout it is also important that Jane have a five minute warm-up and cool down. I will show Jane how to do each stretch and then I will give her a sheet that explains and gives pictures and a specific order on how to do them so she can perform them on her own. Jane would like to set up an exercise area at her home. What are some SPECIFIC guidelines and recommendations you could give her regarding which equipment to purchase and the logistics of setting up an exercise area? Some guidelines and recommendations I would give Jane regarding setting up an exercise area in her home would include that it is imperative that any exercise equipment purchased will fit into the home (think about ceiling height, door width, space of room). Cost is an important factor, and the equipment should not be kept out of sight because this might hinder the client being motivated to work out. The safety issues of a home exercise area includes keeping children and pets away room electrical outlets, running treadmills, free weights, bike pedals etc. A see- through gate around the area is always a good idea for a safer environment. When the equipment is not in use it should be turned off or locked or disabled or put into a different room. Other factors to think of are available electricity outlets and their estate, adequate lighting, air circulation, mirrors, and protective tailoring and ceiling. All the equipment should be placed along the perimeter of the room close to the walls. Another thing to consider is to allow 25 to 49 square feet for activities such as aerobic dancing, free body weights etc. It is also good to think about allowing enough space for a TV, DVD player, or music system for exercise tapes or listening to music. A home exercise facility that has good lighting and air circulation, and good entertainment is more desirable to work out in. How would your overall approach to the program change if Jane was 30 years old and 3 months pregnant? If Jane were three months pregnant there are definitely some different guidelines that I would use to be cautionary and safe. First and foremost I would check with her healthcare reviver to make sure that exercising would be safe and beneficial to Jane. After the first trimester I would not have Jane lie in any supine position for any exercises and I would have her use more weight machines because it changes the center of gravity, but non-weight bearing activities are favored because this would reduce the risk of injury and body weight is always an effective way of working out. I would adjust the program according to avoid training at high levels of fatigue and be careful with balance and agility exercises. I would avoid any activity that would increase the risk f falling or trauma to the abdomen. 0 minutes or more of moderate exercise is very beneficial for most days of the week and abdominal and pelvic floor strength is emphasized. Large increases in body temperature should be minimized as well. I would definitely still have Jane continue her walking and stair stepping and most of her stretches. I would decrease the amount of weight she would be lifting for her resistance training and I would get rid of any of the lifts where she has to lie down. I would make sure she didnt become too fatigued and I would closely monitor for proper form.
